Allan Francis Beechinor
Co-Founder and Head of Legal and People at EmergeGen
Allan is first and foremost an engineer, albeit one with a specialism that has seen him pioneer in his field: Artificial Intelligence.
Called upon to assess, train, and develop the science and study of AI, he has provided academic support, evaluation, and consultation at the highest levels to multiple world-renowned institutions, including universities in the UK and Ireland, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the World Health Organization.
Beyond academia, his professional remit also encompasses the commercial world.
He is frequently engaged to support enterprise-level financial services, asset management and alternative investment companies in Europe and the US to build in-house AI solutions.
Allan is driven by a need to innovate and holds three patents for his inventions.
Amongst his credits are a super ontology invention for financial services, machine learning catalog engines - still used today by major financial services companies and a tool for GDPR assessment.
His renown as an innovator and inventor has made him one of the few technologists featured in the Gartner cool vendor list, Magic Quadrant.
Allan’s deep AI and data science expertise (including extensive experience working with Knowledge Graph and Graph knowledge base) and the developmental technology he has created set him on an entrepreneurial journey, leading companies that spearhead the use of AI data solutions.
While those companies’ ambitions were not always fully realized, what has not changed is Allan’s unparalleled knowledge and tenure in the field, his international academic standing and his technology’s efficacy for analyzing unstructured data in profoundly more efficient and meaningful ways.
